FORCERA Investment Company is based in Tashkent. It invests in, holds and develops strategic businesses and infrastructure in Uzbekistan, working with international partners who bring sector experience and operating standards.
Our role is to connect capital, local execution and international expertise. We originate projects, bring the right partners together and take responsibility for development on the ground — from site and permitting matters to coordination of design, construction and operations.
Uzbekistan is our primary focus. Central Asia represents the longer-term opportunity: where an operating model proves itself in Uzbekistan, we intend to extend it across the region with our partners.
